We will be having the street clean up this Saturday at 10AM. It will be for less than 2 hours. You have to be there. Bring your friends too. We need at least 15 people to get the money. After the clean up, we can have a quick lunch, and then we are going on our Kayaking Trip. So come to the clean-up prepared for kayaking (with your proper cloths). We will car pool there.
So, basically we need you to show up to the clean up. And we need to know who is going to the Kayaking trip ASAP so that we can make sure we can accommodate everyone. A Kayak costs $15-$20. Please reply back and let us know if you can't make it. This should be a lot of fun and the weather on Saturday should be gorgeous.

We have divided the tasks of the ME Fair among the members. You will be contacted within a day or two by Hala or myself to discuss the details of what you are doing and who you are working with and so on. If you have any ideas for the fair, don't hesitate to email me with them or talk to me about them. As for now, remember that we are trying to sell the countries as tourist destinations. So do whatever you have to do to promote your country (contact embassies, get stuff shipped from home or whatever )

Also, Catharine is helping out with an awesome film series about the Palestinian conflict. The list of movies are on the club's Facebook group. Please be there as many of these movies are meant to stimulate us and to provoke dialog. And they are good. Facebook Group
