Schedule, write agendas for and preside over all General Membership and Board meetings.&lt;br /&gt;b. Attend scheduled meetings with Housing and Residential Services staff to discuss residents’ concerns and alternate writing minutes with the Vice President.&lt;br /&gt;c. Be a member of and attend all Policy Review Board meetings.&lt;br /&gt;d. Represent F.S.H. Tenants' Association in consultation with University and non-University organizations and individuals, and communicate the needs and interests of F.S.H. residents to them.&lt;br /&gt;e. Oversee the work of all other Board members, and inform the treasurer any time an officer has not fulfilled a job responsibility which merits a fine.&lt;br /&gt;f. Be a signature on the checking account and be responsible for all expenditures.&lt;br /&gt;g. Keep a general record of documents and pertinent information.&lt;br /&gt;h. Field phone calls from residents as necessary (and delegate questions/concerns to the appropriate officer when appropriate).&lt;br /&gt;i. At this meeting we will be nominating &lt;em&gt;and&lt;/em&gt; voting on the 2009-2010 Tenant's Association Board. See the bylaws section E. Residents wishing to run for a position just need to show up and submit their nomination. Each nominee will have an opportunity to speak briefly about why the tenants should elect them. After that, we will vote for all positions. See the newsletter below or the bylaws for descriptions of the positions on the board. All FSH residents whose households receive less than $200/month from housing are eligible to vote (please bring your ID!).
