The FSH Tenants' Association receives income from a $27 annual fee per FSH apartment and vending machines.  The annual fee is billed in July or upon moving into family student housing.  For those moving out before the end of the year, a fee refund is available.  Please go to the following site for more information:   Annual Fee Billing/Refund Schedule .  Most of the income goes toward monthly stipends for board members as follows:

• $395 for president
• $345 for vice president
• $150 for secretary
• $100 for treasurer
• $100 for West Campus representative
• $90 for Storke I representative
• $90 for Storke II representative
