Tenants' Association Fee Schedule

The Tenants' Association fee of $27.00 annually was divided by 4 quarters for the purpose of calculating how much should be refunded or billed to residents who move in or out after the annual June billing. Therefore, if a resident moves out or moves in during the following months, they will be refunded or billed the appropriate amounted listed below.

July - September:               $27.00 (full amount) will be refunded/billed

October - December:      $20.25 will be refunded/billed

January - March:                $13.50 will be refunded/billed

April - June:                           $6.75 will be refunded/billed

In order to receive a refund upon moving out, you must photocopy your 42-day Notice of Termination and present it to one of the board members.
