Session VI: Sunday, 1:15-2:15 pm
OURSELVES: "Inverting the Teaching Process
with Parents: What happens when you have to educate them?"
This panel discussion will address issues that we often encounter
when coming out to parents and making the transition to "out
lives". Some topics include how to come out to parents, available
resources, and what happens if things don’t go well. Well also touch
on later concerns about bringing someone home and reconciling your
family ideals with those of your parents. Bring your ideas and stories!
Presenters: The
