ACTIVISM & POLITICS: "Love Knows No Borders" Under current U.S. law, American citizens are not allowed to sponsor their foreign same-sex partners for residency. Hear stories of same-sex binational couples; get informed about where the U.S. stands on this issue; hear what policies other countries have in place for keeping couples together. Presenters: Chris Haiss is the co-chair of Immigration Equality, an LA-based organization that addresses the widespread discriminatory impact of immigration law on the lives of lesbians, gays, and people living with HIV/AIDS.
