ACTIVISM & POLITICS: "Media Basics: a GLAAD workshop" This workshop provides the nuts and bolts of how the media works as well as the tools to work effectively with media professionals. As journalists say organizations need to learn how to write a press release, significant time is spent on this skill as well as on press kits, introductory letters and relationship building.
