OURSELVES: "Relaxation and Massage
Workshop"
Need a break from the conference? If you are
stressed (or not) and want to learn to relax, come to this experiential
workshop. An interactive discussion is provided about types and causes
of stress and how to deal with stress. This includes breathing
instruction and the mind/body connection. The workshop will also offer
instruction in hand massage techniques and a mini-vacation—a
visualization experience allowing you to travel to a place that is free
from stress!
